"More Revolutionary Google Tools For Your Business"

One of the key benefits of being an Entrepreneur and Home Business Owner is the awesome opportunity to travel all over the US to various live events and seminars. If you've been a subscriber to The Home Business Insider for any length of time you know I love the LIVE events...

However, I never expected the events I attend to make their way all the way to Eastern Europe (what a brutal plane ride). I spent this past week in Budapest, Hungary for my company's 1st International Wealth Conference. I was not expecting this part of the world to have such beautiful architecture and landscape. It had almost a medieval feel to it.

Below is a shot from my hotel room. The Hilton hotel I stayed at was built right inside of a castle. How cool is that? I really did feel like a King for a week... ;)

So on to some even cooler, NEW ideas this week...

I don't know about you but I'm constantly amazed at all the different ways Google is revolutionizing the world. Remember back in the 90's when we use to say this about Microsoft? Well, they did revolutionize the world but Google, in my opinion, is taking it to a whole new level.

So could you live without Google? Think about it. I know I couldn't and here are some additional tools from Google you may not even be aware of to automate, organize and most important...accelerate your Home Business...

Clearly Google has become the leading figure as a search engine controlling over 50% of the market, but what most people are unaware of are the valuable "business building" tools that Google has available for FREE. I'm not talking about Google Earth or Google Maps, I am talking about Google Apps.

This free tool offers users the ability to create free email accounts, share files, create schedules, and communicate with people in real time. Although most of these tools are used for personal use, businesses are now beginning to use Google Apps. The price is right and it's one very advanced platform.

An Inside Peak At 'Google Apps'...

Gmail: With Gmail, businesses are able to create email accounts free of charge. Sure the email address will have "@gmail.com" attached to it, but nobody wants to pay big bucks for a custom email address when Google offers a solution for free. Gmail also has enough storage for your email needs, and the user friendly interface makes this tool a valuable resource.

Google Docs: Google Docs allows individuals to share files and store data on the internet free of charge. In todays world of technology, businesses require files to be shared over the internet and Google Docs is an excellent way to do that. Businesses can create files, make changes to them, and republish them online. Very cool.

Google Calendar: With Google Calendar people can manage there time better than ever. You can schedule tasks, set due dates, and use time more efficiently. This tool also lets individuals share schedules making it easier for people to collaborate with one another.

You can't do this with Microsft Outlook. Remember, it's not web based. Google calendar is. Hmmm...

Google Webtalk: Webtalk is perhaps the most valuable tool that people can use to elevate there business. This tool allows individuals to converse with one another in real time. Employees and business owners can conduct meetings from a computer anywhere in the world...Almost like a webinar. This means more business can be done with more flexibility.

All of these tools combined will prove to be beneficial to any business. Put all of these resources together, and your Home Business can be run from anywhere in the world. Hey, my business never missed a beat while I was in Europe...

The best way to get started is to create an account with Google (as if you don't have one already) and download the Google Apps platform.

Take Action! See you next week…
