Did you know that most people earn within 20 percent of the average income of their closest friends? Hmmmm...
So who are you hangin' out with these days?
...Think about this. Analyze it.
Like it or not...wealthy people choose to "associate" with positive, successful people. Poor people choose to "associate" with negative or unsuccessful people. It's always been this way, and always will be.
The wealthy are grateful that others have succeeded before them. It gives them a formula to follow to make it a bit easier to achieve their own success. Simple enough in my eyes...
I recently spent three days in New York City at the new offices for the Internet Marketing company I'm a partner in. I then flew over to Baltimore, MD to spend two more days with some of the country's top "independent", self made Business Owners and Entrepreneurs for a private, "closed door" business development event.
I very deliberately choose who I "associate" with. Some pics below, names you'll no doubt recognize...

The goal is often to model the inner and outer strategies of those who already have the success you are seeking...if you take the exact same actions and have the exact same mind set, chances are pretty darn good you will get the exact same results, in time...
It's what I've done...and it's what every single ultra-successful Entrepreneur has done from Abraham Lincoln to Naploeon Hill to Bill Gates to Donald Trump...the list goes on.
You may want to watch whom you "associate" with and choose whom you spend your time with carefully. Energy is contagious...Best selling author and speaker T. Harve Eker ("Secrets of The Millionaire Mind") said it best...
"Either you affect people or infect people...and it goes both ways. Either people affect or infect you."
...So well said.
Keep a close eye on this from here on out...and DO NOT be afraid to cut some of those "infections" out for good. Unfortunately, it does have to be done from time to time. It shows great courage and leadership -- two KEY characteristics missing from far too many nowadays...
